Music:
Worship Through Song
Contemporary Praise Music Teams:
Grace Lutheran has two different music groups. Both groups provide musical support and help lead the contemporary Worship Services.
- Cornerstone – plays gospel sounding music and songs with 4 part harmony. Cornerstone will leads the service on the first and last Sundays of the month.
- HHB (His House Band) – plays a little more rock and roll. HHB will provides music for the middle two Sundays of the month.
Grace Senior Choir:
A mix of Sopranos, Altos, Tenors and Basses that meet each Wednesday for one hour (7:30pm); beginning the first Wednesday after Labor Day running through the first week in May. We have a wonderful time singing a mixture of old-time gospel songs and new contemporary songs and perform one Sunday per month. We welcome all members—confirmed and older—so if you wish to share your God-given talent of song.
Organist:
The organist plays at the early services, the Advent and mid week Lenten services, and the summer services. They recommend the hymns to the pastors. They play for funerals and weddings and are contracted individually by the concerned parties. They are encouraged to attend the weekly staff meetings when possible.
